How can I purchase a license to go /pro?
When the plugin is up and running, you'll be able to easily subscribe to /pro via Lemon Squeezy. Just click the “Go /pro” button and access your store to purchase.
After completing your payment via Lemon Squeezy, you will receive your license key by email.
How can I manage my licenses?
All licenses are managed through your Lemon Squeezy account. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to your customer portal, where you can view, download, or revoke your license keys as needed.
Would I be refunded if the /pro license is not what I have expected?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with our Terms of Sale. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@ui-color-palette.com with your order details, and we will review your request.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@ui-color-palette.com with your order number. For licenses, you can also manage or revoke access via your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
